PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Green Brook will hold a municipal consent hearing on   January 27, 2025 at 7:30 P.M. in the Municipal Building, 111 Greenbrook Road, Green Brook, NJ.   This hearing will be held for the purpose of evaluating the application of CSC TKR, LLC d/b/a Cablevision of Raritan Valley “Altice” for the renewal of its municipal consent to own, operate, extend, and maintain a cable television and cable communications system in the Township of Green Brook and is held in accordance with N.J.S.A. 48:5A-23, and N.J.A.C. 14:18-11.6, and all other applicable statutory and regulatory provisions.     All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard with respect to this application.  Copies of the application will be on file with the Green Brook Township Clerk and can be reviewed Monday through Friday between the hours of   8:30 A.M.   and   4:00 P.M.   at the Municipal Building, 111 Greenbrook Road, Green Brook, NJ.  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township Committee of the Township of Green Brook in the at a meeting held on 10/7/24 introduced and passed on first reading an ordinance entitled: ORDINANCE 2024-905 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 6 “ZONE DISTRICT REGULATIONS”, SECTION 605 “SPECIAL MOUNTAINSIDE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT” OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF GREEN BROOK, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY. This ordinance removes a reference to a section of the ordinance that does not exist, from a prior revision. Said ordinance will be considered for hearing and final passage at a meeting of the Township Committee to be held at 111 Greenbrook Road, Green Brook, NJ 08812 on 10/21/2024 at 7:30pm.  A copy of the entire ordinance from the Municipal Clerk at Town Hall during business hours up to and including the time when the Township Committee shall further consider this ordinance for final passage.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township Committee of the Township of Green Brook in the at a meeting held on 12/2/24 introduced and passed on first reading an ordinance entitled: Ordinance No. 2024-906 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 4 “GENERAL PROVISIONS”, SECTION 427 “TOWNSHIP WIDE SET ASIDE REQUIREMENTS” OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF GREEN BROOK, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY. This ordinance is to provide for a minimum affordable housing set-aside of twenty (20%) percent. Said ordinance will be considered for hearing and final passage at a meeting of the Township Committee to be held at 111 Greenbrook Road, Green Brook, NJ 08812 on 12/30/24 at 7:30pm.  A copy of the entire ordinance from the Municipal Clerk at Town Hall during business hours up to and including the time when the Township Committee shall further consider this ordinance for final passage.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township Committee of the Township of Green Brook in the at a meeting held on 12/2/24 introduced and passed on first reading an ordinance entitled: Ordinance No. 2024-907 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 7 “DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS”, SECTION 715 “STEEP SLOPES”, OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE AND ARTICLE 4 “GENERAL PROVISIONS” AND ARTICLE 6 “ZONE DISTRICT REGULATIONS” OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF GREEN BROOK, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY. This ordinance is to revise its steep slope ordinance. Said ordinance will be considered for hearing and final passage at a meeting of the Township Committee to be held at 111 Greenbrook Road, Green Brook, NJ 08812 on 12/30/24 at 7:30pm.  A copy of the entire ordinance from the Municipal Clerk at Town Hall during business hours up to and including the time when the Township Committee shall further consider this ordinance for final passage.
