Green Brook Housing Rehabilitation Program

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Green Brook Housing Rehabilitation Program (GBHRP) is sponsored by the Township of Green Brook as part of the Township's Affordable Housing Program. The program offers assistance to low and moderate-income Township homeowners. GBHRP is now able to lend eligible Township homeowners up to $10,000 at 0% interest to assist in home repairs (to be paid back upon sale of house). Eligible repairs are items such as roof replacement, plumbing, heating, sanitary sewer and/or electrical systems, load bearing structural systems, lead paint abatement and/or weatherization projects.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Homeowners who wish to apply for rehabilitation assistance must submit a Rehabilitation Program Preliminary Application (PDF) as soon as possible (click on the link for application). If your home is in need of basic repair and you meet the program income guidelines, you may be eligible.
