NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township Committee of the Township of Green Brook, at a meeting held on August 18, 2025, introduced and passed on first reading an ordinance entitled: ORD 2025-913 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF GREEN BROOK IN THE COUNTY OF SOMERSET, NEW JERSEY, TO EXECUTE A FINANCIAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP OF GREEN BROOK AND RPM DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC IN CONNECTION WITH REAL PROPERTY KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS TAX BLOCK 76, LOT 30 ON THE OFFICIAL TAX MAP OF THE TOWNSHIP OF GREEN BROOK, NEW JERSEY. This ordinance allows for the execution of a financial agreement between the Township and RPM Development for the 100% Affordable project  located at Block 76, Lot 30.  Said ordinance will be considered for hearing and final passage at a meeting of the Township Committee to be held at 111 Greenbrook Road, Green Brook, NJ 08812 on August 28, 2025 at 7:30pm.  A copy of the entire ordinance from the Municipal Clerk at Town Hall during business hours up to and including the time when the Township Committee shall further consider this ordinance for final passage.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township Committee of the Township of Green Brook, at a meeting held on July 7, 2025, introduced and passed on first reading an ordinance entitled: CALENDAR YEAR 2025 ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK (N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14). This ordinance allows the Township to increase the appropriations cap to 3.5% over the prior year appropriations, as defined by law, and that any that any amount authorized that is not appropriated as part of the final budget be retained as an exception to final appropriation in either of the next two succeeding years. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township Committee of the Township of Green Brook, at a meeting held on July 7, 2025, introduced and passed on first reading an ordinance entitled: 2025 CAPITAL ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS AND EQUIPMENT AS GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF GREEN BROOK, IN THE COUNTY OF SOMERSET, NEW JERSEY, APPROPRIATING $841,586.74 THEREFOR: $517,576.74 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND 2025 APPROPRIATION; AND INCLUING A $324,010 GRANT FROM THE NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORATION (N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14). This ordinance establishes the budget for the capital expenditures for the year 2025. This ordinance establishes the budget for the sewer capital expenditures for the year 2025. TOWNSHIP OF GREEN BROOK LAND USE BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SPECIAL MEETING JUNE 27, 2025 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Land Use Board of the Township of Green Brook will hold a special public hearing on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 5:30 P.M. The purpose of the public hearing will be to allow public questions and comments on the amended Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan of the Master Plan.  Formal action may take place. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Green Brook will hold a municipal consent hearing on   January 27, 2025 at 7:30 P.M. in the Municipal Building, 111 Greenbrook Road, Green Brook, NJ.   This hearing will be held for the purpose of evaluating the application of CSC TKR, LLC d/b/a Cablevision of Raritan Valley “Altice” for the renewal of its municipal consent to own, operate, extend, and maintain a cable television and cable communications system in the Township of Green Brook and is held in accordance with N.J.S.A. 48:5A-23, and N.J.A.C. 14:18-11.6, and all other applicable statutory and regulatory provisions.     All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard with respect to this application.  Copies of the application will be on file with the Green Brook Township Clerk and can be reviewed Monday through Friday between the hours of   8:30 A.M.   and   4:00 P.M.   at the Municipal Building, 111 Greenbrook Road, Green Brook, NJ.
