Milling and Paving Notice - Deer Path, Methven Avenue and Woodcrest Lane Improvement

SEE BELOW NOTICE FROM THE CONTRACTOR REGARDING THIS PROJECT:

Green Brook NJDOT FY2024 – Deer Path, Methven Avenue and
Woodcrest Lane Improvements

Dear Resident/Business Owner,
Starting ON or ABOUT THURSDAY MAY 14th we will be MILLING
DEER PATH from ROCK ROAD WEST to JUST PAST MERRIWOOD LANE
METHVEN AVENUE from EDGEWOOD AVENUE to WOODCREST LANE
WOODCREST LANE – ENTIRE LENGTH
The duration of this work is approximately ONE (1) DAY.
The working Hours are from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
Police will be on site for traffic control and to enforce the “No Parking” restrictions
along the length of the Roads mentioned above.
Starting ON or ABOUT – FRIDAY MAY 15th we will start PAVING
DEER PATH from ROCK ROAD WEST to JUST PAST MERRIWOOD LANE
METHVEN AVENUE from EDGEWOOD AVENUE to WOODCREST LANE
WOODCREST LANE – ENTIRE LENGTH
The duration of this work is approximately ONE (1) DAY.
The working Hours are from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
Police will be on site for traffic control and to enforce the “No Parking” restrictions.
Emergency Vehicles will have access to the road.
There will be limited access to your driveway entrances during milling of the road.
During the paving of the road there will be no access to your driveways or vehicles
allowed on the newly paved road until the asphalt has cooled and the Police open
the road for vehicular access.
Please be patient with the delays associated with vehicular travel while the road is
occupied by our Milling & Paving Crew.
Please plan accordingly to this notice and remove all vehicles from the road while
we are working to improve your street.
Plan to park your vehicles on adjacent roads.
If we are delayed by rain, then we will resume paving on the next working day.
